Farm Cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, split over three floors. The bedrooms comprise one king size with ensuite on the first floor, one king size and one twin room on the second floor. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle (also on the first floor). Downstairs is the lounge and kitchen/dining room.
The lounge has doors opening onto the patio area with table and chairs and the enclosed grass lawn which overlooks our field.
The cottage has a modern well equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in an external laundry room. We have reliable Wi-Fi throughout the cottage and our smart TV provides catch up TV, Now TV entertainments package and Netflix. There is exclusive off street parking directly in front of the cottage for 2 cars.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
We also have a neighbouring 4 bedded cottage.

- Payment terms: £50 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, remaining balance 21 days prior to check in
