Farm Cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, split over three floors. The bedrooms comprise one Kingsize with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and two twin rooms on the second floor. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle (also on the first floor). Downstairs is the lounge and kitchen/dining room.
The lounge has doors opening onto the patio area with table and chairs and the enclosed grass lawn which overlooks our field.
The cottage has a modern well equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in an external laundry room. We have reliable Wi-Fi throughout the cottage and our smart TV provides catch up TV, Now TV entertainments package and Netflix. There is exclusive off street parking directly in front of the cottage for 2 cars.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
We also have a neighbouring 4 bedded cottage.

- Payment terms: £50 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, remaining balance 21 days prior to check in
